Meet Leanna, Founder 


I'm proud to be a professional Chef serving the vibrant community of Naples, Florida. Born and raised in Haiti, my passion for food it been a traditional from my family generation, I began at the young age of 15.

 When I moved to the United States, 1 continued pursuing my passion for home cooking food and been supported by a strong community of Haitian & American clients and word-of-mouth referrals. 
 

 

About Chef:

 

Chef Billy Riphin is a passionate culinary artist known for blending traditional Haitian flavors with modern techniques. Raised in a family of cooks, he works along side his mother and grandmother to give you that nostalgic feeling of a home cooked meal. As a self starter, Billy developed a love for food at an early age, honing his skills in his grandmother’s kitchen. After graduating from Florida Gulf Coast University, Billy used his new found knowledge of the business world to open up Island Kitchen with his mother, a mobile Caribbean inspired catering restaurant that embodies Haitian cuisine with a little something from each of the other Caribbean islands! From private events, mid week cravings, to saving the day for family dinner, Island Kitchen has got you covered! Our signature dish includes our chicken and rib combo, paired with black mushroom rice, baked mac n cheese, our homemade spicy pickled slaw we call pikliz and red beet potato salad.
